ATC Tryouts 2024 - Entry Prerequisites

The following entry qualifications will be required for ATC Tryouts 2024:
4 CKC Agility Trial runs in any of these classes - Standard, Jumpers with Weaves, Steeplechase, and International Challenge Class. Standard and JWW classes can be run at the level the handler's dog competes in at CKC trials (e.g., Novice, Intermediate, Excellent, or Masters Excellent). The runs must be completed by the dog and handler combination that wish to apply for ATC 2024 and enter Tryouts. These CKC Agility runs can be completed between the end April 9, 2023, until the 2024 ATC applications are due (a date in March 2024 TBA). We will keep you updated. You will be asked to present a copy of the relevant pages from your CKC Record Book when applying for ATC and entering Tryouts.

CKC Record Book

Do you need an CKC Record Book? CKC Trial Record books are presented at registration for FCI events. Your Team Leader hands over the Team Canada record books, the results from each run are recorded by the Trial Secretary and then returned to the Team Leader after the closing ceremonies. Your record book is like your membership card, it is MANDATORY to play at an FCI event!

Now you can Do-It-Yourself for your CKC Record Book, download the book here, and additional pages here, then print and assemble yourself! Watch the demonstration video for assembly instructions. Books are also available for purchase pre-assembled from Annette Spitters. Send your $15 etransfer to and contact Annette at with your name and address for mailing.

Results from previous years' tryouts are posted on the Tryout Results page.
